Saturday was a day of fun and exploration.
It started off with a trip to the Gulf Coast Gator Farm.
The kids were mesmerized and loved it when they were able to watch them feed the Alligators the whole chickens.

We call these folk 'Crystal Gators'. Haha! Clancy was pretty much in heaven watching the beasts!
I loved watching these cousins get to know each other. Tyree and Reagan held hand everywhere they went!

We left the Alligator farm and headed into Gulfport for another adventure.
We had a delicious lunch at an oceanside Seafood Restaurant, then took the family to the new Gulfport Aquarium!

I don't have many positive things to say about this pandemic, but one positive is how short the lines are and how "uncrowded" places like the aquarium are to visit.
It's not everyday you get to ride an alligator, so all the children took a turn.
Avery is trying to mimic Clancy's rodeo style!

I will say that the aviary was a bonus and I didn't think Darryl was going to leave.
I'm sure if we had our own property we would be raising beautiful Lady Amherst Pheasants like this one.

Inside the aquarium the touch tank was a big hit. And, we only had one child fall in. Can you guess which one?
Yep, Little Miss Avery did get a little wet. That didn't stop her from having fun in the tunnel.
The tunnel through the water was a hit with everyone.
There were some places specifically for the younger children and our kiddos loved it.
The floor in this observation room ripples when you walk on it.
The adults probably sat by this wall for 30 minutes or more just soaking in the calming feeling of watching the fish. I think I may buy a season pass for next year, I enjoyed it so much.
