Summer Fun in Idaho

First of all, please ignore the dates on the pictures. I changed batteries in the camera and forgot to change the date. The grandkids and I had fun weeding my garden area.

My garden has been dormant since the fall of 2008. Grandpa finally had to help us finish it up and turn the soil.

And of course, we had our share of fun and crazy evenings with songs and dances.

And wild kids.

A new kitten and a visit from ChiChi.

On Saturday, June 12th, all of my daughters ran in the Teton Dam Marathon Relay. Gideon was Cali's Support Crew along with his Daddy.

It was a lot of Family fun for a Saturday!

And the girls received some Fabulous medals for running the race.

Cami was our last runner and she had the best head gear of the race.

Then all the girls crossed the finished line together... along with Gideon who ran out to grab his Mama!

Team Bodacity. Their Team Motto was... We may not be fast, but we're 'Dam' cute.

Sunday evening we had dinner out on the west lawn! (That's sounds so 1930's)

It was so much fun!

Don't ask. I really don't know the answer.

His name is Gid the kid! What a cutie!

On this day he was spying on his aunt Skye as she was packing to head back to Hawaii.

I would like to say she didn't want to go home. But since it was only in the 60's and mostly cloudy while she was here I think she was more than ready to head back to Paradise.

Sundy June 6th In Indiana

Yes, I know. It's been just over 2 weeks since I have posted, but I have been pretty busy. I literally have 100's of pictures. I won't post them all, but so much has been happening that I will post a few today and more in a couple of days. The following pictures were taken Sunday June 6th and Monday morning June 7th. Sunday we got ready for Church at Patty and Chuck's and then went to Michelle and Kevin's afterward to celebrate Laura's Graduation from Indiana State University.

Monday morning Grandma Louis treated us to breakfast. Somehow I didn't get a picture of Grandma. Charlotte, Sandy and Jessica were there,

Along with Jean Ann and her sweet Grandson,

And Hunter and Desi,

And Sammy's beautiful wife.

It was a fun 29 hours we spent in Indiana.

New in South Carolina

When I arrived at Shiloh and Jason's I found some new things at their house. First thing I noticed was their Patio Cover, which is beautiful. And the terraced garden is full of flowers, plants and vegetables.And the back retaining wall is finished and it is great. Jason finished the wall by himself, which I know was a lot of work. They also built a wonderful picnic table and bought an umbrella to shade it.
And finally, Shiloh and I decided it was time to do something different with Lydia's very unruly hair, so we cut it this morning.
Now, we know it's not perfect, and we expect Aunt Cami or Aunt Jesse to fix it when we get to Idaho,

But it is so curly and it looks so cute on her. And it is definately better than the mop top she had going.

Our Musketeer

Last night Hillary, Jake and I went to the Hale Center Theater in West Vally, to see the play

"The Three Musketeers". We especially wanted to see our good friend Jeff Dickamore, who played the role of Aramis! It was a great show and a lot of fun! Jeff's gotee was coming off as we took pictures.

Oh.... and he says hello to Heather. Thanks for the good entertainment and the fun visit afterward!
