Our Utah Trip!

On Friday February 26th Darryl and I left for Utah and Idaho to visit the family and attend Gabriel's Baptism.

We arrived at Hillary and Jake's in Herriman in the late afternoon on Saturday. We attended church with on Sunday, Feb. 28th and in the afternoon went over to Cody and Alisa's to celebrate baby Sammy's  Birthday.  He will be 1 year old on Feb. 29th, but that won't come around for 3 more years.. Haha!

I believe there might be 1/2 a package of Oreo's on that cake!

Kendra and her family were there to celebrate with us!

Monday March 1st.

We drove to Idaho to Jesse and Kelly's for a visit and take care of some legal paperwork in Blackfoot & put more stuff in storage. We also moved our last Uhaul storage unit that we've had since September of 2015 to the new unit at Storage Plus. It took us all afternoon and it might have taken all night if Kelly hadn't showed up to help us in the early afternoon. But Yay!!! It's all moved.
We also loved seeing their new house now that it is finished. We just love their new place. Too bad I didn't think to take any photos!.

Friday March 5th - Cami flew in yesterday to surprise Hillary and her other sisters and a great surprise it was! Cali, Alan, Gideon and Parker flew in and Jesse came down with Tyree and Clancy to go to be there for the baptism tomorrow. Alan zoned out on the message chair at Cody's!

Saturday was Gabriel's Baptism with Jesse and Kelly, Cali & Alan, Cody & Alisa, Rod and Marian, Darryl and I, Cami and all the grandkids. After the baptism service we all went out for a delicious Mexican luncheon and a birthday party for Gabe and Jethro.

Grandma Cindy sure does love seeing her grandchildren.....

...and her children!

The Birthday Boys, Gabriel and Jethro.

Ezra, Clancy and Rachel..

Back at Hillary's Cami and Jesse take time to "Catch Up"... on Facebook or something.. :-)

Oh Look.... They do have eyes!

On Monday Morning Darryl and I packed up along with Hillary, Jake and the boys and we took a road trip back to Mississippi.

Our first stop was Wilson's Arch, a geological feature I've driven by many times in the last 20+ years, but never stopped to look at.

It was a beautiful sight and a beautiful day to see it!

We drove straight through to Mississippi, stopping for meals, potty breaks and to stretch our legs.
Here Grandpa takes the boys and Slippers for a walk before heading out again! It took us about 35 hours, but we finally made it!
