Back in Idaho and a Day in Grays Lake

Darryl and I returned to Idaho on July 19th and had little time to rest as on the 20th we rented a new storage unit in Idaho falls and had to move our things from Oregon into it. We then moved our belongings in the Rexburg Storage units down to this new unit. We had a little help unloading one of the truck loads.

Gideon, Parker and Tyree went with us and helped us load and unload the units.

This is how Grandpa pays his help. They get Culver's Ice Cream!

On Saturday the 21st Jesse and Kelly invited us up to Grays Lake to spend the day with them. It is beautiful, quiet and very serene in this little piece of Idaho, and the views are stunning.
Glenna Crystal's family has owned this Grays Lake Property for probably more than 100 yrs. (I'll have to ask Jesse to be sure.)

Kelly drove us up on top of the mountain to some of their favorite hunting spots.

And we went for a couple of 4 wheeler rides up the other mountain.

I love these views.
I had to stop and take some pictures for future watercolor projects.

The old barn is starting to collapse, but it makes a pretty picture.
We spent a delightful day with Jesse, Kelly and the kids and in the evening enjoyed S'mores around the fire

before heading back to Blackfoot to prepare for our 2nd biennial Family Reunion.
