CODY'S COMMENCEMENT

Cody is now finished with High School and his sisters felt that it wasn't right for him not to have a Commencement Ceremony. So they decided to put one on for him. And Cody, being the good sport that he is (having grown up with a desire to please his sisters and never being one to shy away from attention) went along with the idea. We pulled Cami's graduation gown out of the closet, but we didn't have a mortar board. Never fear! It was decided since his headgear was what he was most comfortable in he would use that. Attach one large Moroccan tassel and Shazaam.... Graduation attire!!!
After receiving his 'Diploma' he had to toss his hat into the air. Good thing the top of the dome is 23 ft. up!

Instead of boring speeches by validictorians, salutatorians, class presidents, the janitor, etc. the girls planned a skit of Cody's young life.

Not wanting to keep people there all night, they just hit the highlights.
Mom served as the Narrator and the skit included some very memorable moments...such as,

Skye and Lily portraying how the girls used to play dress up with Cody putting him in wigs and frilly girl dresses.....

Gideon portraying Cody's grand entrance in his underwear and a toilet seat around his neck when Cali's first date arrived to pick her up for the dance...

Cody watched this part in quiet dignity, and then came Jesse doing her impersonation of

the infamous TIGHTY WHITEY DANCE!!!!!
And she used all of his "moves" too.

After that came Cami's rendition of his Mexican one hit wonder....
"If I were a Puke-on".
We then spoke of his school days and expecially his athletic prowess,
Skye kindly showed us one of his best wrestling stances....

..and of course the story wouldn't be complete without a run down of Cody's many mishaps and injuries!

After this fun ceremony we gathered our guests around the refreshment table and
ate the goodies and his graduation cake ....

...and thoroughly enjoyed his commencement into the
'Real' world.
Tomorrow Cody leaves for Romania ...... yes, you read that right. He goes to Romania with
Dome Technology for a month to build tunnels.
GOOD LUCK CODY
in all you do!
OH HOW WE LOVE YOU!!!!!
