Not that I am slow or anything, but Jesse and Kelly's quilt is finally on the hoop and the hand quilting has started! The piecing of this quilt took longer than expected and was interrupted by our travels for work. Hopefully I will get it finished soon. What's a few more months after they have waited 3 years?
I finished piecing Skye and Ryan's quilt top today! Yea!
The center part of this quilt is made from Hawaiian fabric that Cami brought me from Hawaii for Christmas of 2000!
And when I ran short of that fabric I finished up the designs by cutting up one of Darryl's Aloha Hawaiian Shirts.
I think it turned out very well. The Hand quilting will start when Jesse's quilt is finished.
