LIFE ON THE MOVE
Last Sunday I went to Shiloh and Jason's for Easter Weekend! What fun! The children looked so beautiful and I forgot how fun it is to hunt for eggs outside instead of inside. We had a wonderful time!
Geez! Why does my sister have to be the Super Mom who makes her kids' Easter clothes, runs in marathons and decorates birthday cakes? Seriously. It makes the rest of us look bad!
She didn't make the clothes, an 8k is not a marathon, & I'm pretty sure she bought "James" birthday cake. But she's still super mom. The girl's look so pretty in their dresses and I love Lydia's faces, but Preston's tie is my favorite.
Super Dad came to the rescue and at 7:00 Saturday night said to Shiloh "Let's go buy Easter Dresses Please!!! I can't take the thought of you up all night again sewing. I feel guilty and can't sleep knowing how bad it makes every other mother in the world look because they don't do this. I CAN'T TAKE THE PRESSURE!" So, supermom gave in. They went shopping for dresses and ties. Came home about 10:30 and got to bed before 1:00 a.m.
They all look sooo cute! It was fun doing an Easter Hunt with my son. He's 2 years old. Not sure what's really going on. He loved looking for the eggs. We did it inside our house in the morning before church at 1pm. Everyone looks wonderful!
