Hiking Nacapule with Friends

Yay!!! We had company come and visit us this week. Boyd, Carol and Tyrell Fife of Cedar City, Utah came down for a few days of fun in the sun and to finish up some things on Rosario's house. Since Darryl and I arrived in Guaymas/San Carlos he has wanted to hike the Nacapule Canyon. Unfortunately, the constant pain in my hip prevents me from going on long rugged hikes, and I have felt bad that Darryl didn't go as he didn't want to go alone.
But thanks to our intrepid friends Darryl had someone to hike with yesterday. This is a very unique canyon with natural basins and an oasis.
So enjoy the pictures of one of God's beautiful and rugged creations.

And for those who might be thinking...."Poor Cindy, look what she missed." Yes it was sad that I couldn't go and witness those wonders for myself, but I took consolation in the fact that it was 93 degrees and sunny. I swam my laps at the pool and sat on the beach and read a good book while listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. Life is good. Y'all have a good day. And if you are in Idaho...... Stay warm.

I'll go with you Cali! That does look awesome! I'm so glad I have adventurous parents. There's a family in our ward whose kids never go outside play... ever. They (parents and kids) just play video games and THEY LIVE IN HAWAII! It's truly very sad.
