We started a tradition when the children were little. They could get into their stockings as soon as they got up, but you can't open any presents until the whole family is there. Cody was into his stocking at 4:30 this morning. The rest of us waited until 7:30.

Before we open any presents on Christmas Morning we read/recite and discuss the story of Christ's birth from the book of Luke chapter 2.
